Look, I can type it, but I can’t say it. Someone asks me to do something, and I can’t say NO. In fact sometimes I volunteer myself! What the heck?!?! Why can’t I just stop this madness. I just complain about it later on. I don’t want to do things, so I why do I say ok?!?! I need to learn how to say NO, and I need to learn how to say it QUICK, before I burn out. yeah.
This whole thing that people think that I babysit, has got to STOP. I do NOT babysit! I’m 27 years old, I’m not a babysitter!!!!
Once you realize that the world will not implode upon itself and people will still talk to you if you say no, you’ve got it made. It’s only hard the first time. After that, it gets easier.
